Spa Pechanga is open 7 days a week from 9:30AM to 6PM

Guest Check-In
Spa Pechanga guests will check in inside the main doors at the spa reception.

Spa retail items are available for purchase near the main reception lobby.

Service Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be added to each service. This is the responsibility of the guest at the time of check out. The gratuity applies to all treatments whether they are comped or not. 

Fitness Facility
The fitness facility is open to hotel guests between 5AM and 9PM and is accessible with your room key. Spa guests may use the fitness facility between 9:30AM and 6PM You must have a treatment booked for that day.

Spa Pechanga & Your Experience

Cleaning, Sanitizing & Disinfecting
Every evening, the Pechanga Cares Team thoroughly cleans, sanitizes and disinfects all guest areas including treatment rooms, the reception and retail area, the salon, and the fitness room. They also thoroughly clean high touch surfaces such as door handles, elevator panels and doors, stair handrails and more.

Spa attendants also clean high traffic and high touch surfaces throughout the day.

Spa Linens
New, freshly laundered linens await each guest on his or her massage table. Spa linens are washed and laundered at a temperature of 165° Fahrenheit. The World Health Organization recommends water temperatures above 140° Fahrenheit to kill viruses. 

Manicure/Pedicure Services
Manicure and pedicure stations are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following each guest’s visit.
