It may sound a bit over the top, but our Food and Beverage department is the largest in the area, and also makes up ¼ of the total workforce at Pechanga Resort & Casino. Some of our areas are 24 hours so we have team members working all different shifts.

The Hotel and Resort team consists of a wide variety of talents, skills and experience. Our team ranges from those starting their career in hospitality to some who have decades of experience at luxurious resorts. Working side by side, the resort is run by a team that is always sharing their passion for guest service. All it takes is a big smile, a can-do attitude, some pep in your step and we’ll take care of the rest.

The Facilities team takes great pride in their work and it shows by the beautifully manicured landscaping, fresh coats of paint and highest level of cleanliness.
