HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
Advance Deposit
All room reservations require a credit card deposit of the 1st night room
charge and tax due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Room reservations must be cancelled by 4PM, 2 days prior to the reservation
arrival date to avoid the forfeit of the 1st night room deposit.
GUEST ARRIVAL
Valet Service
Pechanga valet is available upon arrival, or at any point during your stay
at Pechanga Resort Casino. Simply pull your vehicle up to the Hotel Valet
porte-cochère and one of our friendly attendants will assist you.
To pick up your vehicle, visit the Self Service Kiosk located right inside the doors of the Hotel Valet entrance. Click here to learn more about our valet services.
Self-Parking
Guests may use the complimentary self-parking in the North Parking Garage
off of Pechanga Parkway, or in the East Parking Garage off of Pechanga
Resort Drive.
EV chargers are available complimentary to Pechanga guests in both parking garages.
Should you need assistance from your car to hotel check in, please call (877) 711-2946.
Guest Check In
Hotel check-in time is 4 p.m. Guests will check in at the hotel front desk
in the hotel lobby. Early Check-in is available at an additional charge and
based on availability.
Mobile Check In
Mobile check-in is available through the MyPechanga App. Click

Housekeeping strictly follows the California Hotel Lodging Association
(CHLA) guidelines on the Clean and Safe checklist.
Green Key Certified
Rest easy knowing Pechanga Resort Casino is Green Key Certified. The Green
Key certificate is a leading standard of excellence in the field of
environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism
industry. This prestigious certificate represents a commitment by businesses
that their tourism establishments adhere to the strict criteria stipulated
by the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).
Ways Pechanga helps the Earth include:
- Large size, refillable amenity bottles in each hotel room and suite
- Donation of gently used linens and robes to regional charity fighting homelessness
- Low flow water fixtures
- No stayover housekeeping service unless requested. This cuts down on use of laundry soap and cleaning products
Room Service
Room service is available 24-hours a day. You can find the selections via
your in-room television on Pechanga Dining Channel 3.
Pillows & Blankets
If you would like additional pillows and blankets for your room, please dial
0 and let our friendly housekeeping staff know. They will be glad to fulfill
your request.
Pechanga Virtual Concierge
Assistance is a text away. Allow our Virtual Concierge to provide guests may
request additional amenities, services and assistance through a text. Ahead
of your stay, you will automatically receive a welcome text. Pechanga’s
Reservation Department initiates the text provided you have provided your
mobile telephone number during the reservation booking process.
Hotel Elevators
Access to the Hotel floors require an active room key to access our secured
hotel room floors.
GUEST DEPARTURE
Guest Check Out
Hotel check-out time is 11 a.m. Guests may check out with a text, via the in
room television or at the hotel front desk in the hotel lobby.
Late check-outs are available at an additional charge and based on availability.
